Link Exchange Rules, & Instructions - READ THESE:
The PPS link exchange is for photographers, and graphic artists. It is a totally free resource designed to help us all help each
other, and by doing so we all benefit. Having quality incoming links to your site has been proven to help gain better search engine rank.
To be on the link exchange the website being linked must have a PPS links page linked directly from it’s homepage. This allows search engines to see our network of photographers when it browses your site. The links do not have to be in a conspicuous position, as your site visitors are not specifically intended to see them. They simply have to be linked directly from your home (or index) page in a way that we can find them for conformation.
Getting the links page working on your site:
In the form below you’ll find a php include code that you can place on the page you’ll be using as your links page. If you know what your doing this route will work fine. The page must be a .php page, not an html page. If you don’t understand that you should be using the method listed below.

The link exchange kit contains a folder that contains the form, and instructions. As well as a completely coded .php links page that you can just upload to your server. Once this is done you or your web designer simply has to place a link on your homepage to the PPS links page that you uploaded. This is what you should see when the page is working. It will only be live once it’s uploaded to a server.
Checking, and Updating your listing:
Once you submit the listing it will be reviewed, and posted to the link exchange. This could take up to a couple weeks, so feel free to check the page, and look for your name. (Businesses are listed alphabetically) If it does not show up please feel free to contact the us. (prophotoshow@gmail.com) Also if anything should change on your listing, such as your site moving, or you need to update link text, or names. Just use the form below and indicate a link update.
Ready to submit:
The links page must be active on your site before you’ll be added. If this is done, completely fill out the form below. We’ll check you submission and if everything check out you should appear on the exchange soon. If not we’ll contact you. Please be patient, as it can take a few weeks to get listed.
Disclaimer:
The PPS photographer exchange is a free service. PPS provides it because helping photographers is what we’re all about. There is no warranty expressed or implied. Incoming links has been proven to help search rank, but it’s not the only factor. Do your research. Good rank takes work, and it won’t come overnight.
Staying on the exchange:
You can be removed at any time at the decision of PPS staff if we find content not relevant to this exchange, or objectionable in any way. Pron will not be tolerated. Random checks will also be made. If the link is removed from you homepage you’ll be removed from the exchange without notice. If you’ve hidden the link make sure you tell us where to find it in you submission.
