		<description>Nikon has done the same with there "lower-end" DSLR. The D80, D50, D40, and D40x all use SD cards instead of CF. Thankfully my D70 takes CF so when I upgrade to the D300 I wont have to buy new memory. :grin:</description>

		<description>I do agree that SD may be nicer as far as card insertion is concerned. If you are very careful it's fine and should have no problem. I have a way of inserting the card so it is square with the pins then push it in gently. I just hope Canon does not do this to the pro models.:mrgreen:</description>

		<description>I can say from experience that the pins inside the CF clots for any camera can easily bend.... I placed a 2GB CF card from SanDisk in my Canon about 6 months ago and - without much of ANY force - bent the corner pin inside the camera, thereby requiring major, delicate correction of that pin with a magnifying glass, tiny screwdriver and ALOT of luck.

I am one that is certainly welcoming the non-pin interface of the SD card.</description>
